The cultivar Clementine City ISA is restored through micrografting selection made in 1986 at the CRA-ACM Acireale.
The plant is vigorous and erect foliage with thorns absent.
The fruit has an intense orange color and an average weight of 70 grams. The thickness of the skin is thin and the flesh is orange. The seeds were absent or few.
